Sponsor; Sweepstakes Period. MW Santa Fe, LLC (“Meow Wolf”), with an address of c/o Meow Wolf, Inc., 2600 Camino Entrada, Santa Fe, NM 87507, is the sponsor and administrator of the Meow Wolf x Dion’s Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”). The Sweepstakes begins at 10:00:01 am MT on Tuesday, June 25, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 pm MT on Monday, August 19, 2024 (“Sweepstakes Period”), as measured by Meow Wolf’s system and records. All times are expressed in Mountain Time (“MT”). Decisions of Meow Wolf concerning matters with respect to the Sweepstakes are final.
Eligibility. Only legal residents of New Mexico who are age 18 or over are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes for a chance to win a prize (“entrants”), however, current employees of Meow Wolf and Peter DeFries Corporation d/b/a Dion’s and the foregoing entities' corporate affiliates and members of their immediate family and household are not eligible to enter. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and outside of the United States.
How to Enter. An individual meeting the eligibility requirements above may enter the Sweepstakes for a chance to win a prize as described below in more detail. Individuals may enter the Sweepstakes by filling out and submitting an online form no later than 11:59:59 pm MT on Monday, August 19, 2024. The online form must include their (i) full name, (ii) valid email address where they may be contacted, (iii) valid phone number where they may be contacted, (iv) their postal code of residence, and (v) an electronically signed statement affirming that the individual wishes to enter the Meow Wolf x Dion’s Giveaway and meets the eligibility requirements, and consents to the use by Meow Wolf and Peter DeFries Corporation d/b/a Dion’s and any of the foregoing entities’ corporate affiliates of their name and email address for promotional and marketing purposes as described in these Official Rules.
Only entries containing all required information will be considered valid. All entries become the exclusive property of Meow Wolf and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries made by third party services, couriers, or any other manner not specifically allowed under these Official Rules will not be entered into the Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter the Sweepstakes will be deemed to be the entrant. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules, including eligibility requirements. All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible and Meow Wolf is not responsible for entries it does not receive, regardless of the reason.
Selection of Winners (9 total). There will be a total of nine (9) winners of the Sweepstakes. On Monday, July 1, 2024, Meow Wolf will select one (1) individual at random from all eligible entrants in the Sweepstakes. On every Monday thereafter through Monday August 26, 2024, Meow Wolf will select one (1) individual at random from all eligible entrants excluding anyone who has already been selected as a winner from a previous week of the Sweepstakes Period. The odds of winning the Sweepstakes will be determined by the number of eligible entries.
Prizes (9 total). For each prize listed below, one (1) winner will be selected according to the schedule and method as set forth above:
- A family pack (i.e., two (2) adult tickets and two (2) children’s tickets) to the International UFO Museum and Research Center in Roswell, New Mexico (total ARV $18). Tickets to the International UFO Museum and Research Center do not expire and may not be used on July 5-7, 2024.
- Four (4) tickets to an Albuquerque Isotopes baseball game at the Rio Grande Credit Union Field at Isotopes Park in Albuquerque, New Mexico (total ARV $84). Tickets to the Albuquerque Isotopes baseball game must be used for a game during the 2024 season, are not valid for playoffs, United Soccer League games, or any non-Isotope events, and are subject to the minor league baseball terms and conditions (https://www.milb.com/albuquerque/tickets/ticketback) and attendees of the game are subject to the “Know Before You Go” rules (https://www.milb.com/albuquerque/ballpark/know-before-you-go).
- Four (4) mid-field upper tickets to a New Mexico United soccer game at the Rio Grande Credit Union Field at Isotopes Park in Albuquerque, New Mexico (total ARV $180.20). Tickets to the New Mexico United soccer game must be used for a home game during the 2024 season. Attendees of the New Mexico United soccer game are subject to the “A to Z Guide for Non-Baseball Events” (https://www.newmexicoutd.com/atoz/) and the “Match Day Information” (https://www.newmexicoutd.com/rgcufieldatisotopespark/).
- Two (2) adult and two (2) children’s tickets to the Hillcrest Park Zoo in Clovis, New Mexico (total ARV $18). Tickets do not expire and are not subject to blackout dates.
- Four (4) tickets to the ABQ BioPark in Albuquerque, New Mexico (total ARV $40). Tickets to the ABQ BioPark do not expire, must be used for either the zoo or the gardens/aquarium, and are subject to the reservation requirements and conditions described in the “Frequently Asked Questions” online (https://www.cabq.gov/artsculture/biopark/about-the-biopark/biopark-faq).
- Two (2) adult and two (2) children’s single use tickets to the Sandia Peak Tramway in Bernalillo County, New Mexico (total ARV $116). Tickets to the Sandia Peak Tramway expire on June 6, 2025 and are subject to the Tramway Policy (https://sandiapeak.com/tramway-policy/).
- Four (4) tickets to the Albuquerque International Ballon Fiesta on October 5-13, 2024 in Albuquerque, New Mexico (total ARV $66). The Balloon Fiesta is a weather dependent event and less than ideal weather can sometimes prevent the balloons from inflating. Attendees to the Balloon Fiesta are subject to the requirements and restrictions available online (https://balloonfiesta.com/Allowed).
- Two (2) adult and two (2) children’s tickets to the Sky Railway (total ARV $472). Tickets must be used in 2024.
- A Meow Wolf merch bag, one (1) Annual Portal Pass for up to two (2) adults and two (2) children to Meow Wolf’s House of Eternal Return exhibition (the “HOER”), and twelve (12) $50 gift cards to Dion’s (total ARV $961). The Annual Portal Pass expires one (1) year from the date the QR code containing the activated Annual Portal Pass is emailed to the winner and is subject to Meow Wolf’s current terms of use (https://meowwolf.com/terms-of-use), including Section 4 thereof, which includes limits on reservation numbers, visits being subject to ticket availability, blackout dates, and exclusions (no special events). Visitors to Meow Wolf exhibitions are also subject to Meow Wolf’s code of conduct (https://meowwolf.com/about/code-of-conduct). The Dion’s gift cards expire one (1) year from the date of receipt by the winner.
No refunds, exchanges, transfers of prizes or cash substitutions are permitted for any of the foregoing prizes. Meow Wolf and Dion’s are not responsible for prizes that are lost or stolen. Taxes on the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners and winners must pay any expense associated with any prize(s) not specifically mentioned in these Official Rules. Any of the foregoing prizes that consist of ticket(s) are subject in all respects to applicable terms and conditions, even if not specifically referenced herein.
Award of Prize. After the winners are selected at random, Meow Wolf will attempt to contact them by email and text message to the email address and phone number provided in the online form. The winner must respond within three (3) days in order to claim their prize. If any email or text message is returned as undeliverable or if a winner fails to respond within three (3) days or is deemed to be ineligible, the winner will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining valid entries. Additional alternate winners may continue to be selected until the prize has been claimed. Meow Wolf is not liable if an email or text message is sorted into an entrant’s “spam” folder or similar or returned as undeliverable, or if a notification is not responded to within the time allowed. The winner may be required to sign Meow Wolf’s affidavit and release to claim the prize.
The winners will be emailed a voucher/gift certificate/QR code containing their prizes to the email account provided by the winner during the winner verification process described above, with the exception of the Meow Wolf merchandise, which will be available for pick up at the HOER during regular business hours. Meow Wolf merchandise will not be delivered. If winner fails to pick up the merchandise at the HOER within thirty (30) days, the merchandise portion of the prize will be forfeited.
Taxes. The value of any prize awarded to a winner will be reported for tax purposes as required by law. The winner will be solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes related to the prize. If requested, the winner must provide Meow Wolf with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be awarded.
Publicity; Consent to Use Personal Information. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree that Meow Wolf and Dion’s and the foregoing entities’ corporate affiliates may use the information provided by the entrants for promotional and marketing purposes to the extent allowed by law including in any and all media now known or hereinafter invented without territorial or time limitations. Entrants waive any claims to compensation, royalty, or remuneration for such use.
Release and No Liability. By entering the Sweepstakes, all entrants release Meow Wolf, Inc., Dion’s, Google LLC, Instagram, LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., and each of their respective corporate affiliates, and the foregoing entities’ members, managers, landlords, directors, officers, employees, representatives, partners and agents (collectively, “Released Entities”), from all liabilities, claims, expenses, costs, injuries, losses (including death, personal injury, loss, and/or disability), and damages (collectively, “Losses”) incurred in connection with the Sweepstakes (including entering the Sweepstakes) and/or visiting the HOER and/or visiting a Dion’s location in connection with the Sweepstakes. Entrants hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages. All claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs. All causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Entrants agree to execute and deliver such documents provided by Meow Wolf to confirm these terms. Released Entities are not responsible for computer, tablet, mobile device, or software errors, “glitches,” or failures, illegible entries or incomplete submissions, failure to receive entries, or damage to entrants’ computer or personal devices in connection with entering the Sweepstakes.
Names of Winners. For a list of the names of the winners, please mail a letter/postcard no later than Friday, October 4, 2024 to Meow Wolf, Inc., 2600 Camino Entrada, Santa Fe, NM 87507 Attn: Marketing Dept., Meow Wolf x Dion’s Giveaway – Names of Winners.

Non-affiliation of Online Platforms. The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Google or any other third-party platform not owned by Meow Wolf where references to the Sweepstakes may appear.
